LiftLocated at the beginning and end of the visit route.
AccessibilityThe access ramp is located in Via della Ninna. The accessible entrance is at the Auditorium Vasari in the Loggiato di Ponente. Receptionists are available at the entrance door. Inside, lifts allow access to the Gallery, which is fully accessible.
CloakroomFree of charge. Umbrellas, large backpacks, bags must be deposited. It is located just after the entrances in the eastern loggia.
Group cloakroom and bulky itemsIl Guardaroba riservato ai gruppi e agli oggetti ingombranti si trova presso la biglietteria nel loggiato di Ponente. Il servizio è temporaneamente sospeso.
Toilet facilitiesLocated on all floors and equipped for visitors with disabilities. For accessible toilets on the second floor, please contact the staff.
Baby servicesBaby pit-stop (breastfeeding and baby care area), open until 6 p.m., near the cafeteria. Changing tables in the toilets on the ground floor and mezzanine.
Info deskLocated in the piazzale degli Uffizi, left loggia, Piazza della Signoria side.
AudioguidesAt the entrance. Available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Polish, Russian and Japanese. Cost: €6.00. Audioguides are available until 4.30 p.m.
CafeteriaLocated on the second floor, with a panoramic terrace.
BookshopOne at the entrance with guides in several languages. One at the ground floor exit with a bookshop specialising in art history.
