At 6.30 p.m. visitors will be asked to make their way to the exit.

The Royal and Imperial Apartments and the Fashion and Costume Museum are closed for refurbishment until further notice.

Visits to the mezzanine floor of the Treasury of the Grand Dukes are temporarily suspended and will be resumed after the summer break in the usual manner, i.e. up to the Exotic Room on Tuesdays and Fridays at 4 and 5 p.m. to a maximum of 10 people at a time accompanied by the room staff.

LiftAccess from the right side of the courtyard.

AccessibilityAccess from Piazza Pitti with a slope of about 20%. Lifts to access the museums on the first and second floors.

CloakroomFree of charge. On the right side of the main courtyard. Umbrellas, large backpacks, bulky bags must be deposited.

RestroomsIn the basement with access from the right side of the courtyard; in the courtyard for persons with reduced mobility.

Baby servicesBaby pit-stop (space for breastfeeding and baby care), in the basement of the main courtyard.

AudioguidesSERVICE IS SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. In the ticket office. Languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese. Cost: € 8.00 per single unit, € 13.00 per double unit. Delivery until 4pm. Audioguides must be returned by 6 p.m. Due to the Covid-19 emergency, the service is temporarily suspended.
