Aquaflor Ambient Fragrance

From the collaboration between the Uffizi Gallery and the Aquaflor perfumery, the fragrance is intended to represent a walk along the aromatic path to be found in Florence’s historical Boboli Gardens, a UNESCO heritage site. The garden is a place of immense natural beauty where we find a vast range of unique scents. The fragrance aims to retrace this olfactory labyrinth, starting with the citrus fruits of the Limonaia (bitter orange, cedar and lemons) and continuing along the paths lined with boxwood and oak moss that give the fragrance its green hints. Continuing our journey through the Vasca dell’Isola, we find the velvet part and the elegance of the fragrant Madame Hardy Damask rose. Our journey ends in Annalena’s garden: home to the inebriating Arabian jasmine. Cosimo III de’ Medici’s most beloved flower, it reached Florence as a gift from the Goa Coast, of which he became so enamoured that he had a greenhouse built especially for it, and it was renamed the Grand Duke’s jasmine.
